DTC codes and car going into limp mode constantly

Hi everyone and thank you for any replies in advance. 

I have an 09 1.8 Zetec Smax 

The car continously goes into limp mode when going up hills and the ESP light (car and skids) comes on. 

DTC codes on self test is 

F00617

C20000

C41668

I can't seem to find any information on these codes or why the car is going into limp mode all the time.

Help and advice welcomed

    Hi Tracie,

    Those codes aren't of much use I'm afraid.  Needs to be plugged in to have the fault codes read through OBD.
