CursedBones
I need to replace my fuel feed line as it is leaking. The return line isn’t far behind. I’ve only managed to find 2 lines locally and they’re both still fairly rusted. Im going to have a crack at replacing the long stretch of line with fresh pipe and fittings. Does anyone know what size pipe I need? Also is the return ID the same as the feed ID?
isetta
I don’t know the answer. But I am wondering if you can use that micro bore copper pipe on a roll put can be used for house plumbing . Fairly easy to bend I think. Never tried it myself. And the use wider rubber pipe on the joins.
agraham
It is petrol so too dangerous to mess with if it leaks. Use the correct replacement parts from Ford or get a garage workshop to do it.

I understand your concern but if you double flare the lines then they should be more than suitable
