ayvo
so I needed new headlights, the part number on my headlight is 8A61-13W030-DF.. but the headlight I ordered is 8A61-13W030-DC (the only difference is they say DC at the end whereas mine says DF at the end of the p/n) I was wondering if there's a difference between the 2 and if this would be a problem or not.. thanks.. they seem to look identical.. unofix
The last letter is the revision. There will be little actual difference between the two units. However you should always go for a unit that has a revision that is equal or newer than your own to ensure forward compatibility. It's not normally a good idea to get a unit that is older than the original as backwards compatibility is not possible in some cases. ayvo
so I'm guessing the later the letter in the alphabet the newer?

ayvo
also what do the ones with other numbers mean? like 29 instead of 30 etc

Often on things like lights it will be a left hand light and a right hand light, only Ford knows !!
