Hey I have a 1.4 2013 ford fiesta that will just not boost 

mods done 

I have done a CAT delete and it’s been mapped 

I have recently changed the turbo as it was passing oil I have had about 4 different code readers plugged in and there is no fault codes and no lights one the dash when I got the turbo it came with a new dump valve so that should be working fine 

any help would be appreciated thanks
