i have had post on here about battery flattening after a couple of days.i still havnt got to the bottom of it but the other day i noticed this little mystery looks like a prevous owner had issues and got jack bodgit to fix it, it is located near the bonnet catch,i had never noticed it as it was tucked underneath the bodywork but if anyone could shed some light on it i would very much appriciate it, thank you in anticipation

    Could be the bonnet open switch or alarm switch which are both on the bonnet latch bracket
