mk7 1.0l fiesta airbag power windows not working

i have a 2016 mk7 1.0 red edition fiesta and the electrics in both doors only work when i turn on my car and then turn it off but keep the key in the ignition in position 2. any solutions? when the engine is running the airbag light is on. and the elctric windows don't work but ac and infotainment system works. very odd. any help would be appreciated. i had the alternator and battery replaced is that makes a difference

    FORScan is free to download for windows.

    Don't waste your money buying a generic code reader. Most of them do not read all of the ford specific DTC's and then can lead you off on a wild goose chase.
