2009 water leak into boot area

I Have a 2009 Fiesta with water entering the boot. 

I  removed the bumper and rear lights and sealed all the usual points that are prone to leaking.

Still leaking, the only place  I can think of now is the top door hinges and roof channels 

Does anyone know how the roof strips are held in help would be appreciated

PS and others places to look.

    On my old 2003 Zetec, I had water coming in around the grommet for the rear wiper shaft.  By the time I discovered it, the spare wheel was in about two inches of water and rusting nicely.
