Ford Audio System Locked On Incoming Call

Featured Replies

Hi not sure if anyone can help me. I have a Ford Fiesta 58 reg with bluetooth connectivity. I have just taken a call in my car and finished the call hanging up. however the audio system is now stuck as if I am still on the call. It wont let me use the radio or CD or phone system and the display is lit as if I am still on the call. This is displayed when I turn the car off. When the car is running nothing is displayed and it doesnt matter how many buttons I press it is still jammed.

Does anybody have any ideas on how to rectify this.

Thanks

Maybe your phone is jamming it, so have you tried deleting the Ford Audio from the paired devices on your phone? Then turn your phone off & on again.

I don't know if it would help, but that's what I would try, & if it worked just re-bond the phone to the car.

Thanks very much. Just tried this and unfortunately it didnt work :(

I had this problem a couple of months after I had my car. I disconnected the battery for 10 minutes to make sure the system completely shut down, re-connected it and iv'e never had the problem again :D
