Hello, I am having great problems regarding my FORD PASS APP connecting to my car. I was advised to remove the car and re-add which I have done but although the app says my VIN is already linked the HOME screen says 'empty garage' and on going to add and entering VIN it is already connected.

Any help gratefully received. Many thanks.
