Hi all. Anyone had experience of tuning the 120hp version of the 1.5 TDCI? I’d like to tune my Focus for drivability (including raising the torque limits in the lower gears which Ford supposedly build in) and a bit more go. So not chasing ridiculous gains. But I’ve read the gearbox has a max rating of 285NM which is only around 10lbft more than standard, so hoping someone out there has real world experience of having mapped one of these to more than 285 and can tell me how well/long the car has lasted without the ‘box breaking…
