My Fiesta 2020 ST-Line has Belt Minder Driver / Passenger / 2nd Row / EU T&S.

Any ideas what the EU T&S refers to, thank you.

    Probably the annoying message that covers the screen to say which seats have seatbelts done up.

    Since September 2019 the EU (had thought we'd said good bye to them) implemented yet more new safety laws for cars. The latest being that there has to be a seat belt warning device fitted for every seat position. It shows on the build sheet as EU T&S, which some have said is Transportation and Safety but I can't confirm that.
