2015 Car Radio/Sync Issues

Hi all,

Has anyone had any issues with their radios/sync systems whereby both the phone and aux buttons do nothing functional. The aux button cuts the audio and flashes the screen up for about a second and then it returns to the radio.

The phone button does nothing.

I've seen online suggestions of removing fuses. So I've pulled the sync/Bluetooth fuse and the audio system fuse (independently) and nothing has changed apart from loss of radio settings.

Also seen a post suggesting to press and hold the power button on the radio for 10-15 second until the screen goes black but that doesnt do anything sadly.

I cannot open the sync settings of sync apps within the menu either but they are white and not greyed out as if I should be able to open them. And I can navigate to other menus and use the ok button so everything required is functional.
