Hi, 

I have a 2015 Ford Focus with sync 1. It no longer pairs with my iPhone and won’t even find SYNC on the Bluetooth. I have tried to rest phone and sync on the car but it won’t connect. 
Logged onto my ford account and apparently my SYNC needs updating but this can only be done at a Ford dealer and they want £144 to do it. 
If they update it will it be fixed abd I can connect again? Or does anybody have any other suggestions?
