Hi all

I collected my 23 plate Fiesta Active this week. I have a couple of questions I need help with.

1. The drivers window goes all the way down with one click but I have to hold the button to close it all the way to the top (on my last Ford) it was one click for up also). Is this right?

2. Tried setting up FordPass, I can see my car on the homescreen of the app but when I click 'vehicle' it sat my vehicle has no connectivity. Just spoken to FordPass and have been told its because the car has no modem. Before I get onto the dealership, I thought I'd check that it should have modem.

Any advise would be much appreciated.

In answer to question 1. That is normal on newer cars. Even my Titanium X is the same.

In answer to question 2. The lower spec models do not have a modem.

Updated, thanks for the nudge!!

 

My last model was the Trend, lower spec and it had a modem. I thought all Fiestas from a certain year had them fitted as standard. Seems crazy for the dealership not to know the reason for why FordPass functionality wasn't working!
