Hello All,

I have very strange issue with my Ford kuga vignale hybrid car from the year 2020.  I have the habit of  cleaning  the front part of the car below the bonnet  with cold water, then I take it ahead for the entire body wash. Strange thing is my car does not start I need to call road assistance and get it jump start. This happened with me twice. Even though car battery is not flat. 
second thing in the ford app I see message my battery is in deep sleep mode.

I am not sure if my first problem is because of the app showing message with deep sleep mode.

not sure how to solve the issue I have soon servicing coming in July 2023.

Looking ahead for suggestions
