Good morning, I made an update of the V 3.4.22200 system via USB which apparently went well, I have the 3.4.22200 version indicated in the SYNC3 settings at the vehicle but I cannot confirm the Update via the Ford site with the PC with the file that I find in the attached USB key, I followed the instructions provided on the site. I tried with the small zip file as explained on the site to rely again with an XML file, it's identical, download failure. How can I do ? Knowing that I then made a default reset of the vehicle terminal, I fully redone the procedure and I still have the same result. Can you intervene to solve my problem? Please keep me informing quickly. Thanks in advance. Cordially.I'am french.

    This is a known problem that a lot of people have been having, check focus and fiesta  forum sites. I had the exact problem you have back in March. A couple of days ago with me doing nothing the update site has now decided mine is now updated. Looks like a problem Ford has finally fixed. There is nothing you can do just keep checking back on the Ford Sync update site to see if it has fixes it for you.
