Cannot find correct part

Featured Replies

Evening, I’m struggling to find a replacement part for my car so hoping someone can advise.

I am after an oil sump pan gasket for a 2008 1.4 Fiesta Zetec climate 80bhp.

Whenever I type the part in it gives options for the fiesta but as soon as I input the specifics it states for my vehicle there is none in stock…… anywhere.

any help much appreciated. TIA.

If you can't get one, a tube of gasket paste may suffice.

I was wondering if this was an alternative. Would this suffice for the purpose?

Haynes Manual states :

"...a sump gasket is not used.."

use "WSE M4G323-A4 or equivalent".

don't forget to put studs in blind holes to stop any sealant getting in and that will also help alignment.
