Mk7.5 ford fiesta radio stop working

Hello everyone wonder if you can help me please 

i got a problem with my Sony radio in my mk7.5 fiesta been working fine then Thursday it stop working 

so I thought I get my original one and fit that in to see if will work but nothing so I put the Sony one back in 

I have checked the fuse taken it out and nothing even replaced it I can not do master reset but can not get menu up all it shows on the screen is the clock and time 

can anyone help me out

I have checked number 10 the one that faces opposite way to all the overs

I've checked Fuse 10 for the fuse boxes on 2016/2017 and on 2017/2018 Fiesta's. None of the them have any fuse the other way to the rest of them, and fuse 10 has nothing to do with the radio.

Can you post a photo of your fusebox ?
