Hi all,

 

I picked myself up a new Ford Focus 2022 St Line Vignale, love it! 
 

Only issue I seem to be having is with the Wireless Charging. It just seems to make my phone really hot and doesn’t really charge it at all. Does anybody know about this issue and if it’s fixed under warranty? 
 

I can see there is a TSB for the same issue on the Mach-E but not seeing anything for Focus.

    Many threads here on the forum about the Wireless phone charging, and the general consensus by those who have it is that at best it works poorly and at worst its a total waste of time.

    Mine works better out of the case but other than that it’s easier just to plug in via USB.
