samixalam
Hiya, I'm new here so bear with me but I need some help. I have a fiesta Mk7.5 Titanium X with the Sony head unit... But for some reason, the phone button does nothing, the aux button tries opening a menu but returns to FM, and the USB port doesn't recognise my phone. Is there any idea as to what this could be? I've replaced the 10A fuse (which was blown) but this didn't fix the problem. Please help. I'm absolutely chuffed with the car but am trying to work this frustration out
Jimpster
Possibly due to not being fitted with a bluetooth module, they can be retro fitted or if it has one possibly failed. Use the search function there may be a how already posted.

The system reset does not delete any data you have stored. Performing a System Reset Press and hold the Seek up and the audio unit Power buttons simultaneously until the screen goes black. Wait for the system reset to complete. Press the audio unit Power button to switch the system on. If the system reset does not resolve the issue, continue with a master reset. Performing a Master Reset On your vehicle's SYNC screen: Select Settings. Choose General. Scroll down and press Master Reset. A message confirming that all system settings will be erased and reset to factory defaults will appear. Press Continue. A "Resetting to factory defaults" message will appear, the system will turn off, and the screen will go blank. It may take a few minutes for the system to reset and resume normal operation.
