Add Ambient Light on Ford Fiesta MK8 2020

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum but I see that it is very active! I ask for help from someone more experienced than me as I have a fixation on doing things in the best possible way.
I spent months devising a way to insert the optical fiber inside the car without ever achieving the optimal result for me. I would like to install them only on the driver's side, obviously hiding any type of wiring and, ideally, drawing current directly from the fuses or from some other place where the LEDs can only light up when the car is turned on (my past attempt it was done by studying the ignition of the cigarette lighter socket but without ever being able to find the correct fuse). Keeping in mind that I'm also a novice in disassembling parts of the car, I'd really like it and I'd be very grateful to anyone who could give me a hand. I leave you a video attached to give you an idea of what I'm talking about and I leave you a photo of the result (the one I had already obtained but temporarily) a few months ago before abandoning the idea due to lack of time.
Many thanks in advance!
