Some local scroat has vandalised my neighbours car :angry: (neighbour is a pensioner). I am helping him repair it. Just need a bit of advice please. When fitting offside door windows (sourcing from scrapyard, hopefully) do the glasses just bolt to the mechanism or are they the type which you have to clamp into a "holder". (Hope you know what I mean). Also, does the rear quarterlight have to come out to fit the rear door window. It's a 5 door, T reg with manual windows. Mine is slightly different so can't really compare.

    Is it not possible to go through insurance? I'm not too sure how the windows fit and i'm really sorry to hear about your neighbours car!
