Hi, I know there's been a lot on here over the last few months about Sync and Map Updates that download an incomplete set of files but this is a new one that I can't find on here. I've been waiting for a new (complete) update for a while and noticed at the weekend that a new map update was available (which appeared to be a complete set this time). Anyway, I've downloaded it and expanded it onto a USB stick as usual but am getting this error when I try to install it. I've tried re-downloading it and a master reset but still get the same error - any ideas?

Lots of others with the same issue, you’ll probably have to wait for ford to release another update. It’s only nav voice files so you aren’t missing out not installing it.
