Any idea if the MK3 wheels will fit my 2010 titanium?

    Yes. 

    The nuts changed during Mk3 manufacture though, early Mk3's used Mk2 nuts, later Mk3's used global nuts.  Some of the alloys were designed to be compatible with both types of nut.  If possible, check which nuts came off the 'new' wheels before you buy them.

    Ford call them 18x8 Y spokes.  Most people call them snowflakes.  But they also call the ST alloys the same thing so it can get confusing.
