17 plate transit custom random loss of power and won't start

I have a 17 plate transit custom, I have nearly ha dit 2 years and it has about 33000miles on it.

2 weeks a go I parked it up got out went to lock it and the alarm started to go off and there was no power nothing on the dashboard at all (it was fine till this point) this went on for about 5 minutes then nothing no light powerer anything. I though it was the battery so I waited a hour for someone to jump start me,  when they turned up I went to open the door and noticed the immobiliser was flashing put the key in and it started straight away and then it has been fine since. I went to get in it this morning and the same thing again except the alarm didn’t go off and 2 hours later it started staright away......and all is good,does any one have any suggestions ford have had it 3 times and halfords and jet have done checks on the battery and alternator and everything is fine. Ford have said that they will need it for at least a week but can't guarantee anything. 

Also I have had 3 batteries since I have owned it.
