Rear window stopping short by 2mm when closing

Evening .

 

I ve just discovered that a rear window is stopping 2mm short. The bouceback is working fine and I’ve done a reset.
The window will move up if I push it it with my hand but bounces back 2mm short.

I’m lost as to my next course of action.

    Start engine.

    Run window all the way down

    Press and hold down button for 6 seconds

    Run window all the way up

    Press and hold up button for 6 seconds

    Window should bounce up into seal whilst you're holding button
