Hi Folks, is it possible to connect an ipod to the radio cassette h/unit in my sons 1997 Fiesta.

    As above - given that the stereo and speakers in the Mk4 were/are the quality from a cassette adaptor isn't too bad. Only problem is that the adaptors wear out - got through about 3 or 4 in the 5 years I had my '98 Fiesta.

    If you get some sort of dashboard mounting bracket for the MP3 player as well then you can change tracks without having to rummage around for the player itself.

    Certainly alot cheaper than replacing the head unit and makes it alot less tempting to theives.
