Rattling rear doors/blinds

Hi there...

My 2017 smax vignale has very recently started rattling at both rear doors!? When I put the internal sun blind up it helps slightly but the noise is getting unbearable. I have had a look and can't see anything loose etc which would cause the rattling. Has anyone else encountered this and know of a way to stop it before I end up getting rid of it 🤣

    Probably wants stripping down and greasing or anti-squeak/rattle tape fitting

    We have one door doing the same. Sliding a J-Cloth down the side stopped the rattle. We don't use the blinds anyway.
