Confused with updating Sync 2

Hi all, 

Recently purchased a 2015 Focus Titanium X and when I have been checking on the software version I've seen it's on Version 3.7 (According to Ford) but I have seen on forum posts dating back to 2019 that there is version 3.10 available, how come Ford won't let me update mine, or have they dropped support for the Sync 2?

Is it still possible to update the Sync2 version to 3.10 or newer if there is anything, looking at the system information, my focus is currently showing this:

Serial Number: XTBR3___
CCPU S/W version 4.32.14073_PRODUCT

Navigation application Version: 3.62.5 - Is this out of date?
Map database version: F4 (From what I have seen this is from 2015 and has never been updated, I have found and got an F11 on order to update this). 
 

Thanks in advance, any help is appreciated, also if it is possible to update the Sync2 version, is there a link to download the version anywhere along with a guide? I presume it's an exFAT32 memory stick it has to sit on before the car can be updated straight from it.

    Ford don’t offer a download from their website for Sync 2 if that’s what you mean? But there are downloads and guides available to do it yourself.

    Hi Alex,

    yes that's what I mean, Ford says that for Sync2 version 3.7 is the latest but I have seen versions 3.8 and 3.10 both for the US and EU markets that others have discussed and applied to their Sync2s.
