KA Zetech pedals too high

Featured Replies

Just bought daughter a KA Zetech and totally disappointed that pedals are so high, she is in agony up shin and across ankle due to height of accelerator.

I’ve seen some posts in internet but no fixes. Surely Ford have addressed this. Is there something that can be done other than get rid of the car?

Probably not since the KA from 2009 to 2016 were made by Fiat 😉

Apart from the obvious styling differences I think Ford's only significant input was the suspension tune, which Fiat subsequently adopted themselves for the 500 on which that generation Ka was based.

I've read numerous critiques of the driving position but not seen any solutions, I'm afraid.

Interestingly (but unhelpfully) it seems that the new electric 500 has similar issues (at least in RHD form) despite being a completely new platform.
