Hi, 

I am wondering is my car compatible with Ford pass with the sync 3 system as i don't see ford pass show up in my apps on the sync system and does not seem to want to connect to my app on my phone even after a master reset?

    Ford discontinued applink. Ford pass app only shows you things reported via the modem now. Fuel, tyres pressures, oil and location.

    I think my problem is my modem does not work i spoke to ford technical and they said Ford Pass should work for my car and there looking to get me booked into a dealer to get a modem reset done as the master reset on the sync aint fixing the problem. 

    Is this common where the modem needs factory reset to fix Ford Pass not connecting with car?

    Good news car rejected and back to the dealer as apparently dealer thought it was best after claiming  they can’t check gear box and they somehow managed to drag a Ford mechanic from trust ford within a couple hours to go there and do an independent inspection which I had doubts about I started asking them what dealership of Ford they came out from next you know it’s best we allow you to reject car result.
