Ford S-MAX 1.8 TDCI 2010y. vibrations in neutral at 1500rpm.

Featured Replies

Hello,

I encountered a problem where my FORD S-MAX 2010 year model with an 1.8L TDCI engine has a lot of vibrations at 1500rpm in neutral gear. Also it feels like there is some lag/power loss at lower rpm when in 1st or 2nd gear. Additionally when driving in 6th gear at around 1500rpm there is the same vibrations as in neutral gear.

I have already gave fuel injectors to a professional, that checked them and confirmed that everything is okay with them and they are in good condition. Also engine mounts are solid (good condition).

I'm asking for any suggestions that I could troubleshoot next. Maybe somebody experienced something similar or even exact problem?
