can anyone help?

I ordered a new Puma - promised delivery date June - due to one thing or another it arrived at dealership 

(Allen Motor Group) last week - delivery promised for 1st September but just been told this model is subject 

to a safety recall (CRM unit?) this means no delivery and 4-6 weeks for update?

Has anyone heard about this problem?? Not sure what to do?
