My wifes car stereo has broken and was wondering what parts I need to fit a standard flip front stereo and were to find the parts. My stereo on the console looks like its in three parts and its a 4500 rds e-on.

Any help would be gratefull thanks

I have a photo of it but can't figure out on how to upload it.

    This 4500 radio is a standard double DIN size, its just the facia trim makes it look like it is in 3 parts. You could fit a double DIN head unit, they are quite expensive though. You will need to change the facia panel to do this.

    I have just fitted a new stereo to my sons ford, and as much as I hate to admit it if you go to Halfords and actually find an assitant they will sort out what bits you need.

    Do not let them fit it for you or you will miss out on all the fun, once you have all the right leads and facia it really is easy.
