Evening all!

2003 Fiesta been sat in my drive for ages since the head gasket failed.  Had all the bits but never got round to it.

Now done but I can't get any fuel through from the tank, even if I use a primer bulb directly on the pipe from the tank.  It's as though it's blocked solid. There should be 1/2 tank of diesel in it (& is according to the gauge)

Can anyone give me a definitive answer as to whether there is an in-tank lift pump?  I've read that there's not, but there's adverts for combined sender units/pumps.

I think I'll have to drop the tank anyway as there's no access through the top other than a wiring connector., but if there IS a pump I'll spend a bit longer looking at fuses etc

    The parts websites are very good for exploded views as well as finis codes, and probably more reliable than an advert......

    Haynes shows F15, 20A  for the fuel pump relay.
