Creaking passenger side front

I recently started to get a creaking from the passenger side front when going slow or going over small bumps it sounds like bed springs. Accompanying this when I go over speed bumps I get a squeak sound and also when parking/turning the wheel stationary I hear a click click when turning right. Could this be the strut bearing gone or something else?

    Snapped spring would be more likely but could definitely be top mount bearing as well.

    Thanks can't see any visible breakage in the springs but did notice when I checked on jack stands when turning the spring binds slightly like a ping effect.
