Ford Focus 2020 Mk4,    the Tray under the engine near to the road ( protects engine from road dirt / debris ) 

Unfortunately I ran onto a kerb that dropped off in height and I damaged the under engine tray / cover ...   I reversed out off the kerb BUT  damaged the tray just the back edge. 

The two fixings of the cover at the corners towards the back of the cover were damaged - pulled tray but I could re-fit the two corner fixings.

Temporary repaired - the two back corners - two makeshift screws and some sealant did the trick yet - I am due for a service and expect the technicians would normally remove the under tray.

It's damaged a little yet I hope this can be repaired as I would have thought this is a common repair.

Are there any recommended / suitable fixings that can be used to allow the tray to be removed for servicing etc. 

The majority of the tray is good, only the back two corner fixings affected other than using big cable ties to hold cover in place Or do I need to buy a new one ?  

( The large plastic circular fittings used for car mats to hold them in place - fit these and used big cable ties ?  As a last resort ? )
