Whining noise clutch pedal?

Whenever I start the car up there is a type of whining noise but when I press the clutch to the floor it goes and when I release it, then it comes back. When the car has had a bit of a run and warmed up the noise does go? Any ideas would be great thanks

    Clutch release bearing is most likely worn out.
