Faint grinding noise after CV Axle change

After changing the CV axles on my 1.6 Petrol Focus, I noticed that when turning right at low speed I can hear a faint grinding noise, as if the brake disc is grinding against the pads on the left front wheel. The pads are fine, the disc is fine, the axle nut is tight so not sure whats happening. Whether its the CV axle making the faint grinding noise or something else. However, I did change the wheel nuts while I was doing it, so not sure if even they could be causing some sort of contact with something.
