Rough idle and hard brake pedal after replacing cylinder hea

Featured Replies

Hi everyone recently my crankshaft pulley bolt came loose and caused my pistons to hit my valves on my 2003 fiesta 1.4 petrol but i have replaced the cylinder head along with the gaskets and timing belt and water pump kit but now when everything is together it comes up with an engine light and it says eac fail and my throttle body does not move or click when it goes into home position like it used to and I have a rough idle and it's overfueling causing the exhaust to pop on idle and sometimes the throttle body pops aswell like it's pushing air out but that stops after the car has been on for a while and I have discovered that my brake pedal is also quite hard, I have checked for any vacuum leaks but can't seem to find any.

Has anyone had a similar experience or know what could be causing this?
