Ford fiesta 2014 1.6 tdci service now

Featured Replies

Would anyone now what service car now on and spanner warning light coming on meaning.

I was driving down the duel carriage way and the service car now came up with the spanner light on the dashboard, the car felt like it went in to limp mode. I parked the car and turned the spanner light off by pressing the brakes and accelerator. After the reset it drove fine.

i was thinking it was down to the car indicating  it needs a service which I did myself a few weeks ago. When looking on the internet it’s saying powertrain issue or service indicator.

would anyone know what it would indicate?

Ford's way of saying "Engine/Powertrain BROKEN. take to garage and get repaired now"

See owners handbook page 60
