Hi, Can't download the F12 map update zip file.  Initially it started to come in at around 20Kbps, the total download time estimated at 22 days! My internet connection varies between 8 and about 30 Mbps (Ookla and other speedtests), there's no other internet traffic  and other files (admittedly much smaller)  download without any problems.  I'd be grateful if anyone could shed light on what's going wrong. The person on the help desk said they had never heard of this problem before and would inform the website team. Thanks in advance for any comments.
