Hi, new here! I have water in both front foot wells and also in the boot where the spare wheel is kept! Could this be a seal problem or something else?! Any help and advice would be gratefully accepted please and thanks in advance

    Do you park facing downhill?

    Wet boot is very common, usually leaking vent seals behind the rear bumper. 

    But the water doesn't usually make it to the front so I'd suspect another leak around a front door, windscreen, AC drain or even heater matrix.

    If you search the forum for Mk3 rear vent leaks you should find plenty of threads on that.

    Personally I'd then check coolant level and test the colour of the water at the front to rule out a heater leak before going any further with that.
