New rear windscreen condensation

Hi, a horse and carriage in Dublin city crashed into my car. Owner of it came and installed a new rear windowscreen as he wasn't prepared to pay garage bills and to be honest my cars old. Window seems soundly fitted, but now it's fogging up as soon I am in car and I can't see out of it. Any help appreciated! I don't think the lines heat up the way it usually does

    Are the window heater cables actually plugged in?  If yes, check the fuse for the window heater.

    Do your heated mirrors still work?  They should come on with the heated rear screen.

    Wrong Screen, not connected when installed, orfuse blew when rear screen damaged.  You will probably need to remove trim to chech.
