Hi, just looking if anyone has or had an issue with damp in their cmax?

Mine is a 2010  1.6 diesel and when it's cold outside the Interror of the car tends to get damp and sometimes wet. I've had a look around the car and can't find any spots where water might be getting in. Anyone know what I might look at next to try and solve the issue? Possibly door seals etc? Thanks.

Door seals can often be a problem, check all round the carpets for damp areas also underneath the carpets, are you loosing any coolant as the heater matrix leaking is not uncommon, check the boot area and under the spare if fitted. Any water finding it’s way into the car will result in condensation on the the windows. If you find water anywhere it help trace where it is coming from.

As above. Does your car have air con? If so do you have it on 100% of the time? If not the Do have it running All the time. It also acts as a dehumidifier. 

But it won't cure a water ingress. That is something you'll have to diligently search for.
