Tyre pressure ST180

Featured Replies

Tyre pressure warning light came back on after putting 27psi in back left tyre it was literally on 4psi when when I went to put air in it 😬 but now if I'm doing anything over 80 the back end is vibrating?

So you were driving around with only 4psi in the tyre. Are you surprised that the tyre has been damaged and you have vibrations? Of course I assume that for some reason you are quoting your speed in KPH because admitting to driving at over 80 MPH wouldn't be very good.

Especially in Wales, where Kim Jong Drakeford has prohibited driving more than 20mph 🤣

If there was only 4psi in it, I would be surprised if the air hasn't already gone again...  That doesn't sound like a 'slow' leak to me.

Check the inner sidewalls for a split.  As these use low profile tyres with XL sidewalls, it's not immediately obvious when the tyre is flat.

I made the same mistake on my Mk6 ST with the same size tyres.  Didn't realise it was low for days.
