TPMS Retraining (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System)

Featured Replies

Hi I got a tyre pressure warning light on the dash 2015 MK5 after checking  tyre pressure over few days light stayed on I have a tyre pressure sensor broken in one of the wheels . I purchased a TPMS tool put car in Training Mode and followed the instructions on the dash first wheel "left front" no response so it’s this sensor that needs replacing ok best check the rest but the message on the car dash stills says check  " Left Front" no matter what i do unable to get the car move to         " Right Front " which should be the next wheel . If i go ahead anyway get a beep from the horn which means the sensor is ok but message on dash remains unchanged "Left Front" but if I proceed to next tyre "Right Rear" it also beeps and message changes to "Right Front" if i continue to the last wheel "Left Rear" I am still a wheel behind now shows "Right Rear" problem is when i turn off ignition get message "Training Mode not complete”

Any Ideas anybody

Thank you

The Beaver
