Any way to find out what options are fitted to my car?

Hi folks, I know you used to be able to do this with etis but now that's dead, is there any way to find out what factory options are fitted to my car? Can I contact a main dealer and get them to give me a list from their system?

I just had to declare my options to my insurer (the joys of Admiral) but I don't know whether my factory tinted windows are more or less than 30%. I guessed more but I'm not sure to be honest. Would be handy to know for sure.

    If there factory fitted , then it's not options as far as insurance goes. It's anything afterwards , aftermarket stuff.

    Less than 30% on the windscreen and the two front door windows, which is all that matters for an insurance company. Ford only build UK/European 'Legal' cars.

    The back door windows and rear screen could be 100% black and it would not be of any interest to the insurance company.
