Mk7 Wipers and washers not working

Hi, I'd be grateful of some advice or guidance please. I have a 2014 '64' Fiesta 1.2 Zetec. Front and rear wipers including washers are not working. I have replaced the fuses and also replaced the stalk, but still nothing. I do hear a click coming from the fuse box area when I move the stalk to any position. 

Can anyone suggest my next course of action please.

    Check for water ingress/corrosion at the fusebox( bcm)connectors.
