Miles to empty notification randomly pop ups and disappears

Hello all,

I drive a 2018 ford fiesta st, recently I don’t know why but all my vehicle settings reset (keyless entry, tyre pressure unit and a few more) which was weird but okay, now I have this problem where the miles to empty notification comes up although I have full tank of petrol, it disappears without me touching anything, the day before, the miles to empty showed 0 although I know from driving just before that I had around 115 miles left, also the miles to empty currently seems stuck on 361 and doesn’t go down (I drove 10 miles to check). I reset the values but it doesn’t solve the problem, any help would be greatly appreciated
